By using Eles Rx you agree to these terms of use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Eles Rx is
Eles Rx is a free training tool: a teaching-grade drug combination analyzer for licensed healthcare professionals. There is no charge to use it. It is not a hospital information system and not a complete medication record. Sign-in is optional. Eles Rx does not keep named patient files.
Geographic availability
Eles Rx is currently available only to users located in the following Caribbean countries: Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, The Bahamas, Haiti, and Suriname.
Access from outside these countries is restricted. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions — including VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools — are prohibited and may result in the service being withheld.
J.C. Epiphany Limited may expand or restrict the list of supported countries at any time.
Who may use Eles Rx
Eles Rx is intended for licensed healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other qualified clinicians, and for teaching use by those professionals. Use by non-healthcare professionals is at their own risk. It must not be used by patients to make treatment decisions.
Clinical decision support and training only
Eles Rx is a training tool. It provides teaching information and clinical decision support only. It does not constitute medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician. J.C. Epiphany Limited accepts no liability for clinical decisions made based on information provided by Eles Rx.
Accuracy of information
While we strive to maintain an accurate database, Eles Rx makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided. Drug interaction data is continuously evolving. Anticholinergic scores in this version are a composite teaching score, not a completed strict-ACB clinical cutover. Frailty notes cover a limited drug list. Always verify with current prescribing information.
Clinical reports
Clinical reports published on elesrx.com are educational materials for Caribbean clinical teaching and practice. They are not a substitute for current prescribing information or formal guidelines, and should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions.
Use of the service
- You may run interaction checks without creating an account
- Fair use applies — automated or bulk querying is not permitted
- We may suspend access that violates fair use or these terms
Aggregated research & insights
By using Eles Rx, you acknowledge that anonymous usage data — including drug combinations checked, alert types triggered, optional flags used in a session, and device and session metadata — may be collected, analysed, and used by J.C. Epiphany Limited as described in our Privacy Policy.
J.C. Epiphany Limited may write aggregated, de-identified summaries from this data to improve the training tool and, later, for statistical insight reports. Those summaries contain statistics only. They do not include names, emails, raw logs, individual check records, or patient files.
Prohibited uses
- You may not use Eles Rx for automated or bulk drug interaction checking
- You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our database content
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security or geographic controls
- You may not use Eles Rx in any way that violates applicable laws

Limitation of liability

We may update these terms at any time. If you have signed in, we may notify you of material changes by email.
Caribbean data protection
Eles Rx is intended to operate in line with applicable data protection laws across the Caribbean, including Jamaica’s Data Protection Act 2020, Trinidad and Tobago’s Data Protection Act, and equivalent legislation in other supported countries. Your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
