1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eles Rx website at elesrx.com (the “Site”), operated by J.C. Epiphany Limited (PIPPS Smart Apps), a company registered in Jamaica (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Eles Rx is a free training tool — a teaching-grade drug combination analyzer for licensed Caribbean healthcare professionals and for teaching use. It is not a paid subscription and not a free trial of a paid tier.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Intended users
Eles Rx is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals — including pharmacists, physicians, nurses, lecturers, and other qualified clinicians — and for teaching use with those professionals. It is not for patients to self-treat. Use by unlicensed members of the public is not permitted.
By using the Site, you represent that you are a licensed healthcare professional in good standing in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the material for teaching such professionals.
The analyzer, when available, is offered only in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, The Bahamas, Haiti, and Suriname.
3. What Eles Rx is — and is not
One check can flag drug interactions, ElderWatch™, a composite anticholinergic teaching score, prescribing cascades, renal/hepatic flags, pregnancy/lactation, a limited frailty list, and therapeutic duplicates. Coverage is not exhaustive. A missing record is not proof of safety.
Always verify information against current prescribing information, local formularies, and applicable clinical guidelines.
4. Accuracy and reliability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that teaching content in Eles Rx is accurate, current, and traceable to public sources. However, the information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The information is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given time.
- The Site will be available without interruption or error.
- The output of Eles Rx is appropriate for any specific patient or clinical scenario.
Drug interaction databases, dosing guidelines, and clinical evidence evolve continuously. You should not rely solely on Eles Rx for any prescribing or clinical decision. Interaction text is original and is not copied verbatim from DailyMed, LiverTox, StatPearls, PubMed/PMC, EMA, or Health Canada. Eles Rx is not affiliated with those organisations.
5. Clinical reports
The clinical reports published on the Eles Rx website are authored by Juliet Duncan, BPharm and published by J.C. Epiphany Limited. They are produced for educational and teaching purposes in the Caribbean region.
Reports reflect the evidence and guidelines available at the time of publication. They are not substitutes for current prescribing information or formal clinical guidelines, and should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, reports, design, graphics, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of J.C. Epiphany Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. ElderWatch™ is a mark of J.C. Epiphany Limited. Beers Criteria® is a trademark of the American Geriatrics Society. Eles Rx is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AGS.
You may:
- View and read content for personal, non-commercial, professional use.
- Share links to published reports.
You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish content in any form without written permission.
- Scrape, copy, or aggregate content for use in any other product or service.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices.
- Use Eles Rx branding, name, or marks without prior written consent.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.
- Transmit harmful code, malware, or interfere with the operation of the Site.
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content.
- Misrepresent your professional qualifications when using Eles Rx.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J.C. Epiphany Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site.
- Any clinical decision made in reliance on information from Eles Rx.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content. A missing record is not proof of safety.
- Interruptions or unavailability of the Site.
You assume full responsibility for all clinical decisions made using information provided by Eles Rx.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J.C. Epiphany Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

The Site and reports may link to external websites, databases, and publications. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party resources. Links are provided for reference only.
11. Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
