Epiphany Limited (trading as PIPPS Smart Apps), a company registered in Jamaica (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Clinical decision support — no substitute for professional judgment
Eles Rx provides clinical decision support information, including drug interaction analysis, renal dosing flags, anticholinergic burden scoring, prescribing cascade alerts, and related clinical tools. This information is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.
Always verify information against current prescribing information, local formularies, and applicable clinical guidelines before acting on any output from Eles Rx.
4. Accuracy and reliability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that clinical content in Eles Rx is accurate, current, and traceable to authoritative public sources. However, the information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
