What a check can include

Drug Interactions

Every pair in the list, with severity, mechanism, management, and sources. Up to 15 drugs.

ElderWatch™

AGS Beers Criteria® 2023 for adults 65 and older. Appears when age is set to 65 or above.

Anticholinergic Burden

A teaching score added up across the list. A score of 3 or more is treated as high burden for training.

Prescribing Cascades

A known pattern: one drug causes a side effect, and a second drug is added to treat it.

Renal / Hepatic Flags

Appears when kidney or liver function is set. These are graded flags, not a personal dose.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Appears only when Pregnant or Breastfeeding is ticked for this check.

Frailty Risk

Appears when Frailty is ticked. Covers a short list of drugs. No flag does not mean the drug is safe in frailty.

Therapeutic Duplicates

Flags two drugs from the same subclass, such as two SSRIs or two ACE inhibitors, when that subclass is on the check list.
