Eles Rx is a clinical decision support product of PIPPS Smart Apps, a brand of J.C. Epiphany Limited, a company registered in Jamaica. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to J.C. Epiphany Limited.

2. What data we collect
We collect the following information:
- Email address — when you join the Eles Rx waitlist via the signup form on our website.
- Usage data — anonymised data about how visitors interact with our website, collected automatically via Google Analytics. This includes pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device type, and referring URL. It does not identify you personally.
- Cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and track sessions. See Section 6 for details.
We do not collect patient data, health records, prescribing information, or any clinical information at this stage. When the Eles Rx application launches, a separate, full privacy notice will apply to app users.
3. How we use your data
- Email address — to notify you when Eles Rx launches and to send occasional updates directly related to the product. We will only email you about Eles Rx.
- Analytics data — to understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your email address on the basis of your consent — you voluntarily submitted your address to our waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@jcepiphany.com.
We process anonymised analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website for visitors.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics. Data is processed under Google’s privacy terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Sheets / Google Apps Script (Google LLC) — waitlist email addresses are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to authorised team members.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) — fonts used on this website are loaded from Google’s servers, which may log your IP address.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure website traffic. These are analytics cookies and do not identify you personally. They persist for up to 2 years but can be deleted at any time through your browser settings.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Data retention
We will retain your email address until the Eles Rx application launches and you have been notified, or until you request removal, whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your email address at any time by emailing info@jcepiphany.com.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Waitlist data is stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to authorised personnel. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Eles Rx is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a child has submitted personal data, we will delete it promptly.
11. External links
Our website and clinical reports contain links to external sources (drug databases, clinical guidelines, journal articles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email.
