Geographic scope
The analyzer is available only to users located in: Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, Belize, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, The Bahamas, Haiti, and Suriname. This policy’s analyzer sections apply to users in those countries. Website pages on elesrx.com, including clinical reports, can be read more widely.
What this tool is
Eles Rx is a free training tool: a teaching-grade drug combination analyzer for licensed healthcare professionals and for teaching. There is no charge to use it. Sign-in is optional.
What information we collect
You can use the analyzer without an account. If you sign in with Google, we collect:
- Your name and email address (from Google)
- Your Google account ID
- The date you agreed to these terms
Whether or not you sign in, we may collect anonymous usage data such as drug combinations checked, alert types triggered, optional session flags (for example age band, renal or hepatic category, pregnancy or frailty ticked in that session), device type, and similar session metadata. If you send feedback, we collect what you type in that form.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect or store patient names, medical record numbers, or patient files
- Age, organ function, and flags you type for a check are used for that check only. They are not kept as a named file
- We do not sell your name, email, or account information
- We do not sell raw usage logs or individual check records
- We do not use your personal data for advertising by third parties
How we use your information
- To run the analyzer and keep you signed in if you chose to sign in
- To respond to feedback
- To improve Eles Rx through anonymous aggregate usage analysis
- To write anonymised, aggregated insight reports (statistics only — no individual user or patient can be identified)
Aggregated reports
We may analyse usage in aggregate (for example how often certain alert types appear) to improve this training tool. J.C. Epiphany Limited may later write de-identified statistical summaries from those totals. Those summaries contain statistics only. They do not include names, emails, raw logs, or individual check records.
Data storage
Account data, if you sign in, is stored on our server. Anonymous usage logs are stored in our database. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and local storage
If you sign in, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in. The browser may also store display preferences (for example dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies.
This website (elesrx.com) also uses Google Analytics cookies to measure anonymised visit statistics such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can delete them in your browser settings, or opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your rights
- You can use Eles Rx without an account
- You can sign out at any time using Sign out in the top bar
- You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing elesrx@jcepiphany.com
- Deleting an account removes your personal data. It does not unwind anonymous statistics that no longer contain your record
Caribbean data protection
Eles Rx is intended to operate in line with applicable Caribbean data protection law, including Jamaica’s Data Protection Act 2020, Trinidad and Tobago’s Data Protection Act, and equivalent legislation in other supported countries. You may have additional rights under your country’s law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Users who may also have GDPR rights
If you are in a supported Caribbean country and also have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (for example dual citizenship or other EU ties), you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email elesrx@jcepiphany.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Our legal basis for account data is providing the service you asked for. For anonymous usage analysis and aggregated statistical reports, it is legitimate interest in improving Eles Rx and producing de-identified insight summaries.
Users who may also have CCPA rights
If you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may request to know, delete, or opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Email elesrx@jcepiphany.com.
